Simplify Your School Payments
The Kennedy School Payment System is designed to streamline the process of paying for various school activities and fees. By eliminating the need for cash or checks, you can conveniently manage your child's account online.
How it Works:
Each student is assigned a unique account in the ESF Gateway System.
Parents can login to the school portal Gateway with a Parent Login account or access the Payment system through the ESF App.
Online Invoicing:
The school will charge this account for optional activities like camps and extra-curricular programmes and not for School fees.
Invoices for these charges will be issued electronically.
You can easily view your child's account balance, transaction history, and outstanding invoices on the ESF Gateway, and transfer amounts between siblings.
Flexible Payment Options:
Choose from the following payment methods:
PPS Payment: Use your PPS Internet account.
PayPal Payment: Pay with your PayPal account.
Credit Card Payment: Pay with a credit card through PayPal.
eWallet for Refunds and Transfers: Your child's eWallet stores any refunds from the school.
The balance can be carried over to the next school year or transferred to another sibling's account.
Important Notes:
Overdue Invoices: Please pay overdue invoices promptly.
Statement and Receipts: Access detailed statements and download receipts and invoices in PDF format.
